Harris Ranch Beef Company in Selma, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily operations in the assigned area within Production. You will oversee EHS programs, quality and food safety, and control costs to meet standards.

You will lead a team of supervisors and line workers, enforce safety policies, train new staff, and drive engagement through coaching and collaboration. Full training is provided and the site offers competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in assigned areas.
• Oversee EHS program and FSQR compliance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop employees; foster teamwork.
• Supervise daily job functions of employees, including leads.
• Enforce food safety and safety policies; act on violations.
• Provide training for new hires and transfers.
• Perform safety checks and ensure PPE usage.
