Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee all shift operations, including pre-production, post-production, quality control, and shipping, while maintaining strong communication with shift leads and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a proven ability to lead teams, manage time, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. You will help improve processes and ensure safe, efficient production on the floor.

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Clear and effective communication with all levels of management

Experience handling personnel issues and administering corrective action

Responsibilities

Oversee all production operations during your assigned shift, including production, post-production, quality control, and shipping
Prioritize and organize daily production, guide staff, and address bottlenecks to meet timelines
Ensure departments produce and ship parts meeting quality guidelines while maintaining safe operations
Support training, coaching, and development of staff
Maintain smooth shift transitions with regular shift huddles for clear communication
Communicate with Customer Support and Preflight teams regarding problematic orders and offer solutions
Maintain a safe, organized production floor
Perform end of shift duties as directed by the Operations Director
Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action with leadership
Complete additional tasks as set forth by the Operations Director
Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

Oversee all production operations during your assigned shift, including production, post-production, quality control, and shipping
Prioritize and organize daily production, provide guidance to staff, and address bottlenecks by redistributing labor to ensure timelines are met and orders are completed on time.
Ensure all departments produce and ship parts that meet company quality guidelines while maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe operation.
Support training, coaching, and development of staff members.
Maintain smooth shift transitions by conducting regular shift huddles to ensure clear and consistent communication with staff.
Communicate with Customer Support and Preflight teams regarding problematic orders and offer solutions to resolve issues.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production floor
Perform end of shift duties as directed by the Operations Director.
Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action when necessary in partnership with leadership
Complete any additional tasks as set forth by the Operations Director.
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
