Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees; ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Submit reports on performance and progress; identify efficiency improvements.
