Job summary

Guardian Glass is seeking Production Supervisors - Day Shift to join our Float Glass manufacturing team in Carleton, Michigan. This role leads a hands-on team, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will coordinate production activities, mentor staff, and collaborate with planning and contractor teams to meet production targets, while upholding safety standards and operational excellence.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6a–6p) on a 2-on/2-off/3-on schedule.

As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development while leading one of the most advanced float glass manufacturing facilities in the industry.

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts from 6a - 6p with a 2 on - 2 off - 3 on schedule.

Night shift opportunities also available.

What You Will Do
