Job summary

Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services is looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Wilmington, Ohio. You will oversee scheduling, hiring, and employee development while ensuring safety and quality standards are met according to FAA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, an Airframe and Powerplant License, and five years of aircraft maintenance experience. Qualifications

• 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience in a shop, line or heavy maintenance environment.
• Prior experience with sheet metal and structural aircraft part assembly.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations.

Provides direct supervision and technical support to assigned personnel. Create and maintain a safe work environment, managing costs and delivering a quality product on time. Ensures that work is performed within budgeted time and within the guidelines of all applicable FAA regulations. Coordinates efforts with all departments to ensure maximum utilization of all resources.
