Job summary

UCT in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Assembly 2nd Shift. You will oversee day-to-day activities in the Advanced Technology Cleaning Center, supervising technicians performing ultra-high purity cleaning, coating, and inspection of semiconductor tool parts on the factory floor.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, SOP compliance, and achieving on-time delivery, quality, and throughput, with collaboration across planning, quality, engineering, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading production teams.
• Knowledge of cleanroom and chemical processing environments.
• Ability to read and enforce SOPs and work instructions.
• Experience with Lean/6S methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians performing cleaning, processing, coating, inspection, and packaging.
• Lead daily shift to meet turnaround time and quality goals.
• Enforce SOPs, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols.
• Develop and coach staff; coordinate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen).
