Job summary

Seatex is seeking a Production Supervisor in Rosenberg, TX to oversee the blending and packaging of chemical products. You will lead production staff, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive safety-focused daily operations in a 500,000+ sq ft facility serving multiple lines.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in chemical production, knowledge of formulation and testing, and proficiency with production machinery and ERP/MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (minimum).
• Strong supervisory abilities with at least three years of chemical production supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of formulating, testing, and inspecting chemical products.
• Knowledgeable of and able to operate production machinery.
• Quality oriented and attentive to detail.
• Competent with MS Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, and oversee blending & filling/packaging of chemical products.
• Evaluate production employees' performance and accountability.
• Schedule, prioritize, and communicate daily activities to meet demand.
• Ensure processes meet company standards and specifications.
• Prioritize safety and enforce safety processes among team members.
• Complete related paperwork, reports, and support functions.
• Maintain clean, secure, and well-maintained work area.
