Job summary

Seatex is seeking a Production Supervisor in Rosenberg, TX to oversee the blending and packaging of chemical products. You will lead production staff, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive safety-focused daily operations in a 500,000+ sq ft facility serving multiple lines.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in chemical production, knowledge of formulation and testing, and proficiency with production machinery and ERP/MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (minimum).
• Strong supervisory abilities with at least three years of chemical production supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of formulating, testing, and inspecting chemical products.
• Knowledgeable of and able to operate production machinery.
• Quality oriented and attentive to detail.
• Competent with MS Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

TheProduction Supervisor is responsible for the operation and oversight ofchemical blending manufacturing. All Seatexemployees will maintain a safety-first attitude while adhering to all companystandards, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal andstate regulations, including OSHA and TCEQ.

Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor directing, organizing, and overseeing the blending & filling/packagingof chemical products. Ensures that all production is completed in accordancewith established quality and production standards
  
• Evaluatingproduction employees driving accountability in performance
  
• Organizes,schedules, prioritizes, and communicates daily activities to meet demand
  
• Ensuresthat processes are being completed according to company standards andspecifications
  
• Makessafety a priority daily for themselves & team members holding team membersaccountable for compliance to safety processes/procedures

Requirements
