Production Supervisor - BTA
Pay range: $24-38/hr DOE
This position is located in Syracuse, NY.

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor - Base Tube Assembly (BTA) is responsible for leading and managing the BTA team, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management: Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, organize workflow, and oversee hiring and training.
2. Production & Process Management: Facilitate daily standups, prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to procedures.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, ensure compliance with safety standards, and uphold quality standards.
4. Cross Departmental Collaboration: Communicate with other departments to optimize production processes.
5. Additional Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in BTA duties, support company objectives, and foster a positive work environment.
