Qualifications

  • Associate degree, Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • 2-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with telecommunications or electrical highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of LEAN methodology and concepts is preferred.
  • Overall planning and execution of enhancing quality and customer service.
  • Product progress reports.
  • Supervision of a medium size teams (15-25 direct reports on average).

  • Listens to others, confirming understanding of the content and recognizing non-verbal cues and underlying messages.
  • Demonstrates a concern for accuracy and thoroughness so that sufficiently detailed information is logged correctly.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the processes for ordering, shipping, and warehousing materials to support production and satisfy demand.
  • Continuously seeks new ways of working to make processes run smoother and faster.
  • Understands and assembles products according to technical documentation requirements and is able to ensure quality and functional standards are met.

  • This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers. Some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond WWT's requirements. Ability to meet these requirements may be necessary for continued employment, depending on needs of the department.

Compensation/ Benefits

The current base salary range is estimated to be $64,400.00 to $80,500 annually, depending on various factors such as shift, location, experience, skills, performance, licensure, certification, and business needs. Positions may also be eligible for variable incentives like bonuses or commissions.
