Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities: The Air Force Global Strike Contract (AFGSC) Production Supervisor reports to the Site Supervisor and oversees maintenance functions, including Aircrew Support Equipment, Munitions, PS&D, and MOC personnel. Responsibilities include managing specific programs such as the Joint Oil Analysis Program, Foreign Object Damage Prevention, Tool Control, and ESD/ESI. The role requires extensive knowledge of US Air Force maintenance procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage personnel and processes safely and efficiently. The supervisor will also handle data records, support safety and quality policies, coordinate repairs, participate in hiring and training, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications & Competencies: Candidates must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance, have extensive Air Force aircraft maintenance experience (minimum 10 years, with at least 4 in a supervisory role), and possess formal training or equivalent experience. Additional requirements include FOD awareness training, a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a CAC Card, and higher education in related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Must meet government and company licensing requirements.

Physical Requirements: The role involves working in hangar, shop, or flight line environments, with physical activities such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds, working in varying weather conditions, and exposure to noise, fumes, or electrical hazards.
