Job description

Production Supervisor (9 PM - 5 AM, Sun - Thurs)

Location: Onsite at the Conversion & Labeling Facility (CALF) in Cashton, WI. The shift is from 9 PM to 5 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

Role Summary

The Production Supervisor oversees the efficient operations at CALF, fostering teamwork and ensuring high customer service standards. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate performance, provide feedback, training, coaching, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to support production teams.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to meet production needs.
  • Review and approve timecards.
  • Utilize ERP systems for reporting, transfers, and printing BOLs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and manufacturing practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Ensure adherence to good manufacturing and safety practices.
  • Coordinate with supervisors on production schedules.
Additional Duties
  • Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Preferred: 3+ years in food production and supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Ability to multi-task, promote process improvements, and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of machine operations, GMP, and sanitation chemicals.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Outlook and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 80 pounds with assistance; stand for extended periods; perform bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing.
Salary Range

$57,824.00 - $74,713.60 per year, excluding benefits. Final salary offers depend on experience, skills, education, and location.
