Job Description
Salary: $95,000~$115,000 / Annually
Additional Compensation: 5% Bonus
This is a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor position responsible for supervising shop floor personnel to meet business objectives. The role involves promoting and implementing quality, productivity, and ABS initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Supervises an effective team, including planning and holding meetings, conducting performance appraisals, managing staffing levels, assisting with career development, approving time and attendance, and prioritizing work assignments.
- Provides effective feedback to employees and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
- Directs training to ensure understanding of EHS rules, improves work performance, and communicates company policies and procedures.
- Reviews production reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
- Collaborates with engineering to improve operational effectiveness and supports continuous improvement activities.
- Oversees EH&S functions and implements ABS principles, including housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Follows policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and performs other duties as assigned.
- Interacts with employees and departments to manage product flow and enforces compliance with policies, regulations, and initiatives.
- Responds to emergencies, troubleshoots production problems, investigates issues, and recommends corrective actions.
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies, and develops methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
- Works with management and engineering to resolve maintenance issues and improve machinery and equipment conditions.
- Supports employee certification requirements and records manufacturing data.
- Identifies cross-training needs and supports employee development.
- Ensures work instructions and quality procedures are accessible and followed.
- Maintains compliance with corporate and plant protocols including EHS, SOX, Ethics, ABS, ASAT, ISO, and export controls.
- Reviews inventory levels and achieves EHS metrics annually.
- Participates in and promotes EHS programs and policies.
- Performs other duties to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Skills and Abilities:

Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
