Salary: $95,000~$115,000 / Annually

Additional Compensation: 5% Bonus

This is a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor position responsible for supervising shop floor personnel to meet business objectives. The role involves promoting and implementing quality, productivity, and ABS initiatives.

Essential Functions
  1. Supervises an effective team, including planning and holding meetings, conducting performance appraisals, managing staffing levels, assisting with career development, approving time and attendance, and prioritizing work assignments.
  2. Provides effective feedback to employees and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
  3. Directs training to ensure understanding of EHS rules, improves work performance, and communicates company policies and procedures.
  4. Reviews production reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
  5. Collaborates with engineering to improve operational effectiveness and supports continuous improvement activities.
  6. Oversees EH&S functions and implements ABS principles, including housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  7. Follows policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and performs other duties as assigned.
  8. Interacts with employees and departments to manage product flow and enforces compliance with policies, regulations, and initiatives.
  9. Responds to emergencies, troubleshoots production problems, investigates issues, and recommends corrective actions.
  10. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies, and develops methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
  11. Works with management and engineering to resolve maintenance issues and improve machinery and equipment conditions.
  12. Supports employee certification requirements and records manufacturing data.
  13. Identifies cross-training needs and supports employee development.
  14. Ensures work instructions and quality procedures are accessible and followed.
  15. Maintains compliance with corporate and plant protocols including EHS, SOX, Ethics, ABS, ASAT, ISO, and export controls.
  16. Reviews inventory levels and achieves EHS metrics annually.
  17. Participates in and promotes EHS programs and policies.
  18. Performs other duties to meet business needs.
