Hytek Finishes Co. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in a FAA repair station environment in Kent, WA. You will supervise a 10+ person team, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and partner with Value Stream Managers on scheduling and workforce development.

The role requires strong leadership, aerospace/manufacturing experience, and ERP/MRP knowledge with Infor Syteline preferred. This is a hands-on operations leadership position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace or manufacturing leadership.
• ERP/MRP experience (Infor Syteline preferred).
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read aerospace engineering documents.
• Export control restrictions require U.S. work authorization. Non-U.S. persons need export license.
