Production Supervisor - Poultry

A growing food company located near Carthage, NC is currently seeking a Production Supervisor with poultry experience.

Benefits: Competitive starting salary, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance if needed.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, plus a 10% tri-annual bonus, and additional pay for 6th and 7th days worked.

Shift: 3rd shift

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in poultry production (2nd processing)
2. At least 1 year of production supervisor experience
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others and achieve results
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
