Job description

A growing food company located near Independence, WI is currently searching for a Production Supervisor with poultry experience.

In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits, and relocation if needed.

Salary range for this position is $60-65k plus 10% tri-annual bonus plus 6th and 7th day pay if working. This is a 3rd shift position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in poultry production Live Receiving Required.
2. 1+ years production supervisor experience Required.
3. Must have LIVE RECEIVING experience.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others.
5. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
