What are we looking for in the next Production Supervisor?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment. At least three years of experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and provide feedback to production workers.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.

How you will make an impact:

This is a highly visible role. The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety and productivity of the entire shift and will work directly with the Plant Manager and Associates to ensure production numbers are met and operations performed at or above expected levels. He or she will also be tasked with maintaining a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.

Korda Manufacturing offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, which include medical/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) with employer contribution after one year, employer paid life insurance and short-term disability and buy-up plans for short and long term disability, life insurance, and other ancillary benefits. Korda employees start accruing PTO from day one and will receive up to 40 hours of PTO (pro-rated to hire date) in year one.

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Hourly rate: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

3rd Shift - 9:30 pm - 6:00 am
