Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Sun Prairie, WI

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year + Annual Incentives

Position Overview

The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations on the production floor, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing team performance, maintaining safety standards, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 35-50 production employees.
• Develop and manage production schedules to optimize workflow.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a safety culture.
• Monitor and adjust production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and development.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance departments.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
