  • Participate in production planning and scheduling meetings.
Mission, Values & Customer Focus
  • Understand and support FALK Panel's Mission and Values, and reinforce them daily on the production floor and across all shifts.
  • Champion a quality- and craftsmanship-first mindset that reflects FALK Panel's reputation as an industry expert — not only in manufacturing insulated metal panels, but in the installer's and customer's experience with the finished product.
  • Help production employees understand how their work directly impacts the customer and installer in the field — precision, panel quality, and on-time production all shape FALK's reputation downstream.
  • Reinforce a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement as an extension of FALK's mission and values, not a separate initiative.
