Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift and drive safety, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environment. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team while coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to meet plant objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and hands-on experience with lean tools to optimize processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard business software.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Training: Initial training on 1st Shift

Flexibility: Ability to support vacation coverage and staffing needs as required
