Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm, Mon-Fri) to oversee material flow across injection molding, machining and annealing. The role emphasizes zero-defect manufacturing, collaboration with engineering, tooling, assembly and supply chain, and development of SOPs/work instructions.

You will lead setup time reductions, monitor downtime, implement productivity metrics, and support cost-saving projects while ensuring safety and accurate production reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform FMEA & PFMEA (required).
• Familiarity with MRP systems like SAP/QAD (required).
• Background in World Class Manufacturing or similar cost-saving initiatives (preferred).

Production Supervisor - Manufacturing, CPS

The Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm M-F) is responsible for overseeing material flow across injection molding, machining and annealing processes for 2nd shift operation team.

This role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, and operational excellence through a zero-defect approach, ensuring parts are made right the first time. The supervisor will collaborate closely with engineering, tooling/machine shop, assembly, and supply chain teams to support process improvements, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop SOPs and Work Instructions. Additional responsibilities include leading setup time reduction initiatives, monitoring downtime, implementing productivity measurement systems, managing recycling programs for scrap and purge, ensuring equipment maintenance, scheduling and executing employee training, and driving WCM cost-saving projects --all while maintaining a strong focus on employee safety and accurate production reporting.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $81,500 to $139,150. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
