Alpha Baking Company, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a dedicated supervisor to direct the bun production and packaging teams. The role focuses on quality, safety, and efficiency across all shifts and lines.
You will supervise hourly staff, monitor equipment and process standards, and coordinate with maintenance and sanitation to ensure a safe, sanitary, and productive workspace, while meeting production targets.
To direct the activities of the personnel within the bun production and packaging areas in a manner consistent with Company policies and procedures; federal, state and local regulations, that will ensure the most efficient and effective production of the highest quality bakery products, under the safest and most sanitary conditions possible.
This position will work a varied schedule, with days and times depending on specific line schedule (weekend work required).
