Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at its Columbus area manufacturing facility. The role oversees up to 20 hourly operators on the 11 PM to 7:30 AM shift, Sunday through Thursday, ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of operator supervision experience in manufacturing. Chemical manufacturing is preferred but other manufacturing backgrounds will be considered.

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial chemicals and has been in business close to a century. They currently have a need for a production supervisor to oversee 3rd shift operations at their plant near Columbus, OH. This supervisor will manage up to 20 hourly operators between 11pm and 7:30am Sunday thru Thursday.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
