nVent is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Anoka, MN to lead daily manufacturing activities and drive Lean improvements. You will supervise production employees, provide coaching, and ensure safe, efficient operations on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA degree is a plus.
• 3+ years manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• 2+ years Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead production employees, including training, directing, performance reviews, educating, and mentoring on performance.
• Manage day-to-day production activities to meet commitments while driving improvements.
• Utilize process center boards to monitor daily performance and deploy Lean methodologies to reduce waste.
