As a Creamery Supervisor, you' ll lead frontline manufacturing operations while building a strong culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability. What You Bring

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and follow-through.
• Ability to routinely stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, pull, pinch, and lift.

Preferred

• 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing; dairy experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety regulations.
• Manufacturing safety knowledge, including LOTO and hazard recognition.

Wage Range:

$70,800 - $93,800
