Job Details

This role is for 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, approximately 2 pm - 11 pm.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily operations and assign work according to schedules.
2. Interact with team members and peers across functions.
3. Set and monitor performance objectives.
4. Maintain schedules and ensure delivery commitments.
5. Ensure proper documentation on the production floor.
6. Uphold safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
7. Participate in employee training and development.
8. Conduct performance reviews and counseling.
9. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and support groups to resolve issues.
10. Manage inventory, scrap, and excess materials.
11. Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
12. Maintain attendance records.
13. Drive continuous process improvements and participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
14. Perform other duties as assigned and work any shift as required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or related field with 1+ years of experience, OR
• High School Diploma with equivalent manufacturing supervisory experience. Must obtain and maintain security clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supervising in a union environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
