Effective Date: 4/15/25

Schedule: M-F 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm (Flexible with Operational Needs)

Work Location: Initial at Peekskill, NY; relocation to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing to work in Peekskill for 6-8 months.

Job Summary

The Production Value Stream Supervisor manages shift operations and employees in a regulated cannabis production and packaging environment. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure timely and within-budget product delivery. Manages a team of 100+ technicians. All team members are expected to be adaptable, honest, and professional.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Ensure team follows production schedule, works efficiently, and meets quotas
• Audit teams every two hours for progress
• Ensure proper sanitation and PPE usage

Responsibilities

• Count, organize, and label products accurately
• Operate compliantly and maintain documentation in METRC
• Report employee attendance issues
• Oversee shift preparation and setup
• Arrive 15 minutes early for smooth startup
• Coordinate with Production Manager/Director for materials

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with 5S Lean Manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years as a Production Lead or Supervisor
• Experience managing over 50 reports

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 lbs

Work Schedule

230 pm - 11:30 pm, M-F, with flexibility based on operational needs
