Job Title: Production Value Stream Supervisor

Reports to: Sr. Production Value Stream Manager
Effective Date: 4/15/25
Schedule: M-F 2:30pm - 11:30pm; (Flexible with Operational Needs)

Work Location: The initial work location for this position is our facility in Fort Montgomery, NY. The operations are scheduled to relocate to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing and able to work in Fort Montgomery for approximately 6-8 months and transition to Middletown once the move is complete.

Job Summary: The Production Value Stream Supervisor manages shift operations and employees in a regulated cannabis production and packaging environment. This role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure timely and within-budget product delivery. Managing a team of 100+ hourly technicians, all team members are expected to be adaptable, honest, and professional.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Ensure team adherence to production schedules, efficiency, and clear communication of expectations and quotas.
• Audit teams bi-hourly to ensure progress towards daily goals.
• Ensure proper sanitation protocols and PPE usage.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Count and organize all products, maintain proper labeling (batch ID, quantity, strain, SKU, QC checks, date, signature).
• Operate compliantly and maintain documentation in METRC.
• Report employee attendance issues to management.
• Oversee shift preparation and setup.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes early for smooth shift start.
• Coordinate with Production Manager/Director to ensure material availability.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with 5S Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years as a Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience managing over 50 direct or indirect reports.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Work Schedule: 2:30pm - 11:30pm, Monday-Friday, with operational flexibility.
