Pay Rate: $68,640 - $72,000 annually

Shift / Hours:(2nd Shift) Mon – Saturday @ 3pm to 11:30pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our production and packaging departments. This role is critical to ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will coordinate and lead manufacturing activities, supervise production technicians, and execute daily production and packaging plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degreein Manufacturing, Engineering, or a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years experience in a packaging management capacity. Alternatively, candidates may possess a High School diploma/GED with 5 years of demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Experience in the juice processing industry is a plus.
