Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Union, NJ is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead our production team. You will hire, train and direct entry-level staff on a fast-paced shift, ensuring daily productivity and quality targets while managing inventory and safety practices.

This hands-on management role emphasizes safety, daily production flow, and accountability for bottom-line results. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Job Description

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring,training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations;and emphasizinga culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,420 - $95,160/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
