Tosca Services, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Salt Lake City service center. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while guiding a team through training, scheduling, and coordination with maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operations experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Service Center.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Drive safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals.
• Lead and develop a high-caliber production team with clear expectations and coaching.
• Oversee training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget goals.
• Lead quality programs and ensure GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards.
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands and support peak periods.
• Hold weekly team meetings and foster continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies
• Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals
• Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition
• Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals
• Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards
• Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods
• Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For:

Pay and Perks:

• Base Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience
• Annual Performance Bonus:Target of 10% of base salary
• Quarterly Incentive Program:Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
