Bodycote, based in Romulus, Michigan, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role requires oversight of heat treatment processes to ensure safety and quality standards are met. This position is eligible for a $1,500 sign‑on retention bonus.

Candidates must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and a basic physical; have the ability to work full‑time, 40+ hours per week. The hours for this position are 2 pm‑10 pm. Bodycote deems this position safety‑sensitive due to the nature of our business and a heavy industrial market.
Based in Romulus, Michigan the Production Supervisor – 2nd shift will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the General Manager to meet customer specifications, including assisting other employees as needed.
