Job summary

Taylor Corporation in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a frontline team, manage daily production tasks, and ensure output meets quality and schedule targets. You will partner with prepress and finishing teams to align priorities and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, solid communication, and experience in production and operations. The salary range is $65,000 to $70,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth

• Ensure production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met

Responsibilities

Must Have

• Ability to work as team with employees and peers
• Ability to have difficult conversations with employees and peers
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior leadership role or supervisory or management experience
• Background in production and operations
• Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the printing industry
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
• Experience with scheduling, production planning, or ERP systems
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience on equipment

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - 70,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
