Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) to lead 30–70 associates, drive safety, quality, and operational excellence, and support new product launches. The role is 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Mon-Fri) with a focus on lean improvement and cost reduction in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

We value coaching, collaboration, and strong communication. Competitive base pay ranges from $60,000 to $99,000, plus bonus options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years equivalent experience.
• Hands-on leader with sense of urgency.
• Excellent coaching and teambuilding skills.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience implementing lean initiatives and cost reduction skills.
• Experience with E21 or similar ERP system preferred.
• Understanding of the daily scheduling process preferred.
• Strong ability to drive change.

Schedule: This is a second shift position. Typical work schedule is 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Monday-Friday)

Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

• In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
