Job summary

Peterson Farms, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the ECO, Cups and Tetra lines on a 2nd shift (6pm–6am). You will manage daily workflow, print schedules, maintain GMP/HACCP compliance, and coach staff for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow and assignments on juice production lines.
• Provide performance evaluations and conduct shift transition meetings.
• Maximize efficiencies by minimizing downtime while ensuring product quality.
• Print and distribute production schedules to operators.
• Ensure GMP compliance and HACCP audit readiness.
• Train, motivate, and enforce safety and quality checks.
• Coach and mentor development of employees.
• Maintain sanitation and Warehouse Management System processes.
• Perform CIP and production piping connections.
• Review HACCP docs and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide back-up support on other lines during peak periods.

Job description

The Production Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all activities on the ECO, Cups and Tetra lines. This is a 2nd shift 6pm to 6am position.

• Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily workflow and assignments on the juice production lines.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Conducts shift transition meetings to facilitate communication.
• Responsible for maximizing and increasing efficiencies for assigned production lines by minimizing downtime while ensuring production of a quality product.
• Responsible for printing all production schedules on their assigned lines and distributing to appropriate operators.
• Ensures production floor is GMP compliant and audit ready to ensure HACCP Plan is followed.
• Engages with employees training, motivating and positively enforcing safety, GMP’s, quality checks and increasing efficiencies.
• Coach and mentor to development employees.
• Responsible for sanitation and Warehouse Management System processes.
• Performs CIP and Production piping connections.
• Reviews HACCP documentation and works with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide back-up support for other production lines during peak periods, time away from work and/or staff absences.
• Performs other related duties as required.
