Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to oversee all production operations at our Dalton, GA site. The role focuses on safety, productivity, quality, and cost control while driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities include meeting shift metrics, leading a team, and collaborating with cross-functional support groups to optimize value streams. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience required.

Job description

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams functionalities
• 5+ years manufacturing experience required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.

Working Conditions: In addition to office work, this position requires working in a manufacturing environment where personal protective equipment is necessary.

Shifts available: 2nd (2pm-10pm)

Compensation: Salary will be based upon qualifications, experience, and education.
