GE Vernova is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly workers in Clearwater, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. You will coach staff, monitor SQDC metrics, and drive continuous improvement with Lean/5S initiatives.

• Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE Vernova.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work 2nd Shift (3pm-12:30am)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lead and engage a diverse team with strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
