As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will use your passion for quality and cost effectiveness in manufacturing to help lead our (Specify line/product) team in LOCATION. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operation of a production shift in a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment, and partner with other department leads/supervisors to achieve team and plant goals.

What you will do:

·Ensure overall performance of the production or plant team, focusing on safety, quality, cost, time, and output.

·Supervise materials usage to ensure a smooth production flow.

·Support ongoing plant programs and goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements.

·Collaborate with other department supervisors/leaders in Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.

·Regularly communicate goals and plant-wide initiatives with the leadership team and all members.

·Engage in training, development, and fostering positive employee relations.

What you will bring:

·equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

·H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

·1+ years of manufacturing experience.

·Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills

·Effective communication skills that demonstrate a supportive team member
