Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. This management role includes hands-on responsibility for daily production flow on the 2nd shift, accountability for meeting productivity and quality targets, and maintaining inventory and safety standards.

You will hire and train entry-level staff, enforce OSHA regulations, and promote a culture of safety across the location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,420 - $95,160/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
