Synergy Flavors on Morgan Street in Chicago, IL seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm) to lead a manufacturing team and direct workflow to meet customer orders.
You will drive LEAN improvements, coordinate with maintenance, planning, and QA, and ensure safety, quality and productivity metrics are achieved. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred with 3 years of production experience.

The Production Supervisor manages a team of production employees and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the company policies; responsibilities include directing workflow to meet customer orders.
2nd shift 2pm – 1030pm
How You Will Contribute
Salary Range: $85,000 – 115,000
The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
