Job description

Responsibilities:

Major poultry producer has an immediate need for a Production Supervisor. Individual will:

1. Train, direct and develop hourly employees
2. Ensure quality of finished product
3. Define and implement new methods of production to improve efficiency

Requirements:

Successful candidate will have:

1. 4 or more years of supervisory experience in poultry processing.
2. AA or BS degree desired but not required.
3. All areas of 2nd processing will be considered.
4. Cut-up and Cryovac experience are highly desirable.
5. Familiarity with HACCP, SPC and plant efficiencies as it relates to yield, lbs./birds pmh, line speeds and automatic process equipment.
