What you’ll be doing:

• Lead a team of production associates on the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met
• Monitor and adjust daily production schedules based on plant capacity and delivery timelines
• Communicate closely with engineering, maintenance, and logistics to quickly resolve production issues and minimize downtime
• Train, mentor, and evaluate hourly team members while promoting a positive, high-performance work culture
• Ensure compliance with all plant policies, safety regulations, and quality standards

Need to have:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume automotive or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
• Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, unionized environment
• Proficient in using production tracking systems, metrics reporting, and root-cause analysis
