Overview

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is the leading distributor of team athletic gear and apparel in the US, with over 50 years of experience. Our mission is to support coaches and administrators by providing excellent service, saving them time to focus on impacting young lives.

Location & Schedule

Onsite in Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 4 am to 12:30 pm, with mandatory overtime during peak season (July-December), including some weekends.

Role & Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor oversees the Screen Print team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met. Key duties include:

1. Managing production staff and schedules
2. Ensuring timely delivery with high quality
3. Monitoring productivity and training staff
4. Implementing process improvements and cost reductions
5. Maintaining safety standards and employee relations
6. Reporting and communication with leadership

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience include:

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts and in a structured environment
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing (3-5 years preferred)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus

Physical & Educational Requirements

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods, lift 15-75 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with relevant experience preferred.
