Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow management, and production scheduling.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Experience conducting employee training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions; basic computer skills and ERP experience preferred.

What You'll Do

As a 1st Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality products, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery while maintaining a strong culture of safety and accountability.

Hiring Range

Hiring Range $75,000 -$95,000 annually. Final rate will be determined based on skills and experience of candidate.
