Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality, on-time delivery, and uphold safety and accountability.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow management, and production scheduling.

• Experience conducting employee training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with manufacturing software or ERP systems preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 1st shift manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an environment where independence, accountability, and sound decision‑making are essential.

What You’ll Do

Hiring Range

$75,000 -$95,000 annually. Final rate will be determined based on skills and experience of candidate.
