Job summary

Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output.

You will execute production schedules, enforce safety policies, resolve downtime issues, coordinate with engineering, quality and supply chain, train staff, and communicate performance through shift handoffs and reports.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing/production; at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Proficiency with production management software/tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
