Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee daily operations in our Kentucky facility. You will ensure adherence to procedures, drive productivity, and maintain customer specifications while managing safety and quality standards.

The role requires supervisory leadership for 20+ staff, strong communication, and the ability to plan manpower and materials efficiently. Weekend or extended hours may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Leadership skills with 20+ employees.
• Effective written & verbal communication.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to work assigned hours including weekends.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends - as required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
