ADDITIONALRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison between employee and Human Resources with regard to personnel issues, benefits, payroll and incentives.
• Work in theproduction areawhentimeallowsorwhen necessarytogetworkdoneon schedule.
• Prepare Performance Appraisals.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

Musthave20/20visionorcorrectedto20/20.

Mustbeabletoperceivecolorsandshadesofcolors. Must beable to lift 30 - 50 pounds unassisted.

Mustbeable tostand,walk orsitforentireshift. Must beable to work in moderate noise levels.

Must be abletoworkinafast-pacedenvironment.

Must be able to bend, reach, twist, stoop, squat and grasp with hands.
