Manager of Service Delivery at DAVIS Managed Services (DMS)

Location: Westborough MA

Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday Through Friday

Pay Rate: $31 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely, while maintaining high standards of quality and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team of workers on the production floor.
• Help organize daily tasks and make sure work is completed on time.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to management.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Train new employees on basic job duties and safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and other departments.
• Report problems or delays to the manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ year of experience in a warehouse, factory, or production setting.
• Experience supervising
