About the Role: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our Wayland, MI, facility, a leading manufacturer of non‑dairy coffee creamer. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production floor. This role ensures that production processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. The supervisor leads a team of operators, technicians, and workers, focusing on maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, onsite role his role requires flexibility to work off‑shift hours, which fall outside the standard day shift schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $ 76,200.00 - 114,200.00 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.

You’ll fit right in if you have: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Manufacturing or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role is strongly preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management. Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software such as SAP. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
